Corporate Services and Ella Wyse, Human Resources Manager, and as part of the assessment process, both were interviewed by a panel from the CIPD and ultimately shortlisted within the category for our strategy.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Our staff team of Ella, Emma, Rachael, Preeti and Ashleigh pulled out all the stops for the awards ceremony itself \u2013 hosted by actress &amp;
