This recognition is a proud moment for our team, our volunteers, and the communities we serve.<\/h1>\n<p>This award is a huge honour for both Emma and ASCERT, recognising her outstanding dedication and the positive impact of our organisation\u2019s work in supporting recovery across Northern Ireland. The Campaigner of the Year Award celebrates individuals who go above and beyond in raising awareness and championing recovery, and Emma\u2019s achievement reflects the commitment of our entire ASCERT community.<\/p>\n<p>We were also thrilled that <strong>Paul<\/strong>, one of our valued staff members, was nominated as a <strong>Highly Commended Volunteer<\/strong>. Paul\u2019s contribution has been monumental, and this recognition highlights the vital role of volunteers in making recovery support available to everyone who needs it.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Supporting Recovery in Our Communities<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>ASCERT continues to run two <strong>weekly SMART Recovery groups<\/strong>, offering a safe and supportive space for people who want to make positive changes in their lives:<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udcc5 <strong>Wednesdays: Omagh Library, 11am &#8211; 12.30pm<\/strong><br \/>\n\ud83d\udcc5 <strong>Thursdays: Atlas Centre Lisburn, 11am &#8211; 12.30pm<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>These groups are open to adults 18 and older and provide practical tools, peer support, and encouragement to anyone on their recovery journey.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>A Shared Success<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Emma\u2019s award is a recognition of the collective effort of ASCERT\u2019s staff, volunteers, and group members. Recovery is built on community, and this award reflects the dedication, compassion, and hard work that so many people bring to our mission every day.<\/p>\n<p>We extend our thanks to <strong>UK SMART Recovery<\/strong> for this recognition, and to all who continue to support our work.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Looking Ahead<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>This award inspires us to keep campaigning, raising awareness, and ensuring that recovery support is available and accessible to everyone in Northern Ireland.
